Agnes Schrider has spent decades helping people move, heal, and thrive — through physical therapy, wellness consulting, individual fitness training, and yoga & mindfulness instruction.
She brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to every session, blending deep clinical knowledge with a passion for whole-body wellness. Her experience spans the full spectrum of movement: from athletes aiming to optimize their performance to individuals managing chronic pain or recovering from surgery. She believes everyone can benefit from a personalized movement practice — and that it’s never too early or too late to start.

Agnes doesn’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Whether you're participating in a group strength class or a yoga session, she will teach you what to do — and what to modify — based on your unique body and needs. Her goal is to help you move safely and confidently, without injury or fear.
Your journey with Agnes begins with an honest assessment of your current physical level. From there, you'll set objective, realistic goals together — and re-evaluate them as you progress. She offers annual or semi-annual reassessments and, if you wish, will share your progress with your primary care provider so everyone can work as a team for your best health.
